white tea Adipogenesis •As reported by Nutrition and Metabolism magazine

Adipogenesis

  • As reported by Nutrition and Metabolism magazine, a study conducted by German researchers concluded that the consumption of white tea drastically reduced adipogenesis. Adipogenesis is the generation of new fat cells in the body. Researchers used lab-created adipocytes (fat cells) which were dosed with white tea extract to conduct their study. According to Nutrition and Metabolism magazine, "White Tea extract is a natural source that effectively inhibits Adipogenesis and stimulates Lipolysis activity."
Green Tea is the most popular tea in Asia. Made from new leaves and buds, like white tea, after picking
the leaves are steamed or heated to reduce oxidation. After that it is lightly rolled to
give each tea its individual style – curly, balled up or straight – and then dried. If you
are new to green tea's, the ones we would recommend are either our Dragon Well
    – for a great, classic
Chinese green tea –has all the health
benefits of a green tea, but with a more robust, stronger flavour. Like white tea, green
tea has high levels of antioxidants and very low caffeine, and mak
    es a great healthy tea
to drink every day or right before bed.
