To acquire the benefits of white tea, make sure that you know how to recognize it. Technically, white tea is a form of green tea (unless you are brewing Silver Needle tea, which is totally white), because most white tea is mixed in with green leaves. Basically, if you see no hints of white in your tea leaves
, you probably don't have white tea.
